Pinak Kumar Mitra is an empaneled Advocate for the State of West Bengal at the Calcutta High Court. A second-generation lawyer, he is the son of Mr. Prabir Kumar Mitra, Senior Advocate at the same court.
An alumnus of Calcutta Boys’ School, Mr. Mitra earned his law degree from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta, and pursued specialized studies in Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
